    SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

    Below you can find the shipping rates.

     

    DOMESTIC (Austria)

    FREE / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders over EUR 200,-

    EUR 5,- / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders under EUR 200,-

     

    EUROPEAN UNION*

    FREE / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders over EUR 200,- 

    EUR 9,- / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders under EUR 200,-

     

    We can also organize INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING with DHL Express (2-3 working days). Please contact us for quotations and further information via email hello@seaffair.com .

     

    Please note that the recipient is responsible and agrees to be in charge for all import tax and custom duty costs when placing an order outside the European Union. For exact information please contact your respective customs office.

    If any higher costs or longer shipping time should occur due to delivery destination or in case we can not ship to a specific country, you will be contacted by us.

    Returns

    Members of the European Union

    If you are a member of the European Union we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. No return/exchange fees nor restocking fees will be charged.

    No return-shipping costs will be charged within Austria.

    Outside of Austria return-shipping costs shall be carried by you and shall be done by the carrier of your choice.



    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@seaffair.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     

    Outside of the European Union

    Please note that we don’t do returns/exchanges outside of European Union.

    If for any reason you need to make a return, you have a generous window of 14 days to return your items for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

    We extend the exchange period to 30 days, giving you even more flexibility if the items are still in their original packaging.
