SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. In case you did not receive it, please check your spam e-mail.
We process orders within 1-2 business days, depending on weekends and major holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (Black Friday, Christmas etc.). For exact information or urgent matters you can contact us at email@example.com
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Make sure you are available at the address and time of delivery as well as reachable on the telephone number that you shared with us, as orders are not refunded when not accepted by the recipient and returned to us.
As soon as delivery has been confirmed by courier, we are no longer responsible for lost items or stolen packages.

FREE / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders over EUR 200,-
EUR 5,- / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders under EUR 200,-
FREE / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders over EUR 210,-
EUR 12,- / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders under EUR 210,-
We can also organize INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-3 working days). Please contact us for quotations and further information via email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please note that the recipient is responsible and agrees to be in charge for all import tax and custom duty costs when placing an order outside the European Union. For exact information please contact your respective customs office.
If any higher costs or longer shipping time should occur due to delivery destination or in case we can not ship to a specific country, you will be contacted by us.
