SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. In case you did not receive it, please check your spam e-mail.

We process orders within 1-2 business days, depending on weekends and major holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (Black Friday, Christmas etc.). For exact information or urgent matters you can contact us at hello@seaffair.com

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Make sure you are available at the address and time of delivery as well as reachable on the telephone number that you shared with us, as orders are not refunded when not accepted by the recipient and returned to us.

As soon as delivery has been confirmed by courier, we are no longer responsible for lost items or stolen packages.

SEAFFAIR e.U. ships within the European Union.

Below you can find the shipping rates.

 

DOMESTIC (Austria)

FREE / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders over EUR 200,-

EUR 5,- / Post.at / 1-2 business days, on orders under EUR 200,-

 

EUROPEAN UNION*

FREE / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders over EUR 200,- 

EUR 9,- / Post.at 3-5 business days, on orders under EUR 200,-

 

We can also organize INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-3 working days). Please contact us for quotations and further information via email hello@seaffair.com .

 

Please note that the recipient is responsible and agrees to be in charge for all import tax and custom duty costs when placing an order outside the European Union. For exact information please contact your respective customs office.

If any higher costs or longer shipping time should occur due to delivery destination or in case we can not ship to a specific country, you will be contacted by us.

Members of the European Union

If you are a member of the European Union we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. No return/exchange fees nor restocking fees will be charged.

No return-shipping costs will be charged within Austria but please note that no shipping costs will be reimbursed. 

Outside of Austria return-shipping costs shall be carried by you and shall be done by the carrier of your choice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@seaffair.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Outside of the European Union

Please note that we don’t do returns/exchanges outside of European Union.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Kindly note we are able to process returns and exchanges for orders placed on SEAFFAIR.EU only. If you wish to return or exchange an item bought with or through a retail partner, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item.
